• Client is an individual or a corporate who needs to deliver an item from point to another point.
• Client must be aware that the deliverable item/s is under the sole responsibility of selected driver from the website or application.
• Client must know in the case of the deliverable item/s is broken, lost, stolen, or not delivered for whatever reason bodaboda360 website and application held no responsibility on that item and client has no right to ask for compensation.
• Client is responsible on his safety and safety of delivered item/s.
• Client must be aware that bodaboda360 website and application DID NOT do a security check on drivers publishing ads on its website or application as bodaboda360 is a listing website where any person can post an ad to list their services or items.
