2 – Client

• Client is an individual or a corporate who needs to move from point to another point.
• Client is held responsible for her/his safety before ,during and after trip with no whatsoever responsibility on bodaboda360 website and application.
• Client is advised to agree on the fees of the trip before the start of the trip to avoid confusion , misunderstanding or disputes with driver.
• Client must be aware that bodaboda360 website and application DID NOT do a security check on drivers publishing ads on its website or application as bodaboda360 is a listing website where any person can post an ad to list their services or items.
